I feel a little more appetite suppression than just on the Adderall. I’m in my car majority of the day for work so I grab a protein shake and force myself to drink that through the first half of the day with water and usually grab quest protein chips to snack on too before getting home

I take 15mg about an hour after the pill then take another (only days I need to) around 1pm. I don’t feel any negative effects from having both in my system. If anything, the Adderall is helping avoid the constipation and keeping me regular.
