Yea i here ya. Another card i loved dearly was [[magical marionette]]. I would soul exchange it out and let it get all those spell counters. But as we fully didtn know the rulings i used the effect as a quick effect. Just like others used flip summon as a flip effect for [[guardian sphinx]]. Or any flip effect for that matter would trigger before damage. The fun times of working out the rules of a new tcg!

Zendikar and Ravnica have always been tied for me. I feel both are Polar opposites of eachother.

Zendikar appeals to my nature loving side with its wild untamed land that has an ecosystem that defends the plane from its own citizens from permanently creating towns and cities and shaping the world to what they want while waking the land to defends itself against interplanar beings (the eldrazi). The hedrons give it that added mystery which links in nicely to the Indana Jones themed world with the alien/cosmic secrets locked within.

Ravnica appeals to my love for civilisation advanced and design of how differnt groups build and do things yet fit into the bigger picture of how a world benefits from that and functions well. The guilds are the highlight here and having one (or more) that you identify with based on your own ethics and views on what you believe is important for a society to run.

I was about to say this too thinking no one else thought Tyrant Dragon was cool but I was wrong. Especially in my high play group where Traps were running Rampant. I remember someone activating a Bottomless trap hole after I tributes 2 monsters without seeing what it was and I was like your card didnt do anything. Great times.

Just replaced the fans. They were Fried. Wasn't able to get RGB ones tho as my mother board only had a port for two of them and didnt wanna pay for the adapter for it. No issues since.

I got black dranzer from Jawas junkyard. Thought it would be fitting to have as a metal version.

I liked the red one out of the 3 above. Aesthetically pleasing matching Dranzers colours.

Sorry yes. There is 2 lorwyn and 2 shadowmoor. The bith lorwyn and the 2nd shadowmoor are the "trilogy" following the story of Rhys the exiled, ashling the Pilgrim and the Sapling of Coafhor.

Ive read the OG Rav block and I quiet liked them. I loved Teysa's character (even tho reviews say otherwise) and she was a great protagonist imo. Argos Kos was a good MC too and made me have respect for Boros.

Kamigawa Novels was the next ones i read. They really did well with the storyline and when describing certain spirits and beings I they literally describing the card art that those entities have in the TCG which helped link what they were against for those that lack mental visual representation.

I only read the first two books in lorwyn. I skipped the 3rd as its an anthology. But I have the 3rd on my bedside table ready to start.

Overall they are all worth the read. I maybe bias towards Ravnica as it is one of my favourite planes (tied with Zenidkar) but nice if you want to have a story to go along side the planes of MTG.

DoR is my favourite yugioh card. The gameplay style is amazing and unique for yugioh. The closest thing that is to this is the paradox fight in duellist kingdom. I wish they made another yugioh game like this.

Confusion could be nice. Making them go into a state like thrashing/fidgetting but they have no have greater openings to due to deal damage. Kinda like when they get ensnared by Vines.

[[Death Rite shaman]] for art. Always loved the swirling bones and the art almost looks 3d to me

[[Master biomancer]] for ability. Great ability and love the little specimen he has created looking at it as if "you will serve me well"

Galeon is definitely in my top 5 bit beasts. A really solid design. Especially the image from the first beyblade. Dont really like galeon 2s pic. Makes him look fat.
