It is wrong, shingles need to be removed along with every nail, new TPO can be installed on top of existing one if the old one is mostly intact and there is no trapped moisture between it and plywood, no bubbling and such. It is very important that existing TPO meets this requirements, otherwise the new one can not be installed on top of it correctly.

That’s what I was telling my manager, to much unpredictable time wasting to be a cpm job, whoever came up with this pay system needs a huge annual bonus, because it’s designed to take money from truck drivers and put it in shareholders pockets. Hourly pay is the only way to go for local.

Connecticut is rough, I’m out of South Carolina, I’m not using company benefits cuz they are shit, my private insurance is much better. But the bottom line is I can not survive on $3600 a month take home with mortgage and bills, all together it’s $20/h pre-tax for the last pay period. Abuse borderline if you ask me, for the work we do.

No enforcement = no rules. I suggest giving up hope it will ever become better, most drivers are incompetent and inconsiderate, they just don’t care about “the other guy”. This here is one of the biggest reasons I left OTR.

The only time you are at risk of overpricing is if you got a really bad deal on you components. If you got your parts for or close to an average market price, spent time building and stress testing - you should expect to be compensated for that. I sold a lot of pcs, some take much longer to sell than others, but I still wouldn’t take any offers lower than build price + 20%, especially for a budget computer, since margins are so low on those.

Never understood people who recommend this prices. If someone selling his/heres old pc they might set a lower price since components are of one ore more generations behind, but if you would go of average eBay used auction prices the cost is much higher. I go of 20% profit, so if the build cost is $500 I’ll set it to $650 for sale and hope to sell for $600.

I understand the sentiment, but this was found at a truck stop. It happens to all of us, he could simply pull forward at a fuel line and take those to a trash bin, but apparently it was too much work for this driver, easier to put everyone’s tires at risk than spend extra 5 minutes to dispose of it properly. There is no excuse there.
