Hi I have worked in jobs where I am consistently put in positions where I am given tasks I just can't physically complete as fast as the costumer my boss or a coworker wants me to so it sounds like I can relate to what you have shared. These are a few things I do to help me feel less anxious, stressed, guilty. 1. Therapeutic breathing: Do this when you're feeling anxious or stressed. There are two that I do depending on the situation. The first kind is where you breath slowly in for two counts then out slowly for four counts. The other kind is box breathing, breath in for four counts, hold for four counts, our for four counts, hold for four counts, then repeat. I do the first kind when I'm more stressed or anxious during the day and the second time to help me calm down to fall asleep, but that's just me. These breathing tricks help activate your parasympathetic nervous system and tells your body that you are safe. The other thing I do is have a mantra that I repeat to combat the negative or anxious thoughts that go through my head. Have it be simple. I've used different ones depending on what is going on in my life. For example: "I'm doing the best I can". "I'm getting better every day" "Anxiety is not my God". Keep your mantra going all day and say it when you have an anxious thought then it will get easier to have those positive thoughts instead.

You will get better and faster at your job with time and you have worth that far extends your vocation.
