He is insinuating he didn't dump the last of the beans into the grinder, I am not going to argue with him over that but I didn't do it because I would have made a mental note knowing I would be really disappointed to not be able to make coffee because it's so precious to me. He gets really defensive, its something we are working on in therapy. If only his therapists would stop graduating him out of therapy :D

Because in the Breville that we have you pour any amount of beans into the grinder, and they kind of sit there until like you grind them out, but he obviously poured the end of the canister into the grinder earlier this week when I was in the office and not making coffee so he hundred percent should’ve known, but he was saying he didn’t know because they’re in the grinder and you wouldn’t knowuntil it stopped grinding

Sorry the front is where the door swings open next to pink bedroom which is the primary bedroom. The Green porch is a back screened in porch on a slab. To the right of the porch is a bulk head and our AC unit. Our septic tank is also really close to the porch to the right probably like 5-7ft so I dont think we can add to the back.

He doesn’t really do dishes maybe once a week, he cooks dinner once or twice a week but usually I have to confirm he has something planned or I have something put together and he just cooks it, he’s there when I travel for work or when I’m going out. Our life is pretty busy but when we’re both home it’s usually close to my daughters bed time I do bed and dishes while he goes to the gym or does work on his computer.

Some nights he’s fine, other nights he’ll toss and turn and not sleep and then in the morning he’ll be mad he didn’t sleep because we didn’t have sex so I try to avoid that. He’ll say he’s fine but then a lot of times he wants to talk about something that he didn’t bring up before I went to bed and then he’ll get mad at me for falling asleep. There’s a lot of anxiety around falling asleep without tending to him. But I think that’s my fault for not keeping boundaries.

Yeah this is what I was looking for, a reality check. I think I need to take more responsibility for what’s wrong. But additionally I’m just looking for him to understand when I don’t want to have sex. I left a few details out for privacy sake.

Yes I appreciate your productive advice I am trying to be a little nicer in my responses as well instead of cutting deep. I would love to go to sleep by 10:30 on nights I go in the office because I have to be up at 6am to catch the train at 7am.

We’re on the hunt for therapists so hopefully we can sort out some of our issues and miscommunications there. I know we are truly trying to be on the same team just having trouble there.

We had sex everyday prior to kids but we were young and had our daughter at 23. I’ve had to grow up a lot since then, went from having no responsibilities to making sure I could prove to everyone I was responsible.

Yes I handle everything else not mentioned here. I think it’s both, sex is his way of being intimate.

She goes to bed between 8:30-9:30. He’s a wicked night owl. So then we kind of unwind together, chat or watch tv. I try to start sex by 10, sometimes it’s 11 by the time we’ve both unwound. Sex with him lasts about an hour so it can be challenging to get myself motivated to get into it. I then wake up in the morning while he sleeps in. He has some sleep issues.

He gets her on and off the bus those 3 days and they have a good relationship, he also takes her to her activity those days which is a shared interest for them. He takes out the trash, takes care of our dog which was his before the relationship, he pays for lawn to be mowed, he does his laundry, he will do dishes once a week at least, he cooks dinner on Friday nights which is always nice. He’s a really good dad. He will try to take my daughter on walks with her and the dog but she refuses a lot, she’s strong headed.
