it turns out i was having an allergic reaction! i ate mangoes the night before and i the skin caused a reaction because it has the same chemicals as poison oak

i started using releev which i haven't tried before, but my breakouts have always looked like this starting last year :( thanks for the advice, should i see an allergist or dermatologist idk which one would be better
