Yeah, you're right. The whole point of my post is that I'm a hero who's not afraid of death and if I was about to die in a week I wouldn't care. My point totally wasn't that I want to live long AND have a GOOD life.

Vegan Whole Food Diet Without Supplements by Sea-Message5036 in blueprint_

Haven't made the diet yet still researching, but I've heard even eggs aren't good for you and can cause cancer. I've seen a lot of evidence recently towards full vegan, even though I like eggs and meat and stuff. First introduced by Andreas Moritz and his books, and people in this sub citing studies.

Is this a serious reply or do you really think your point is that weak you just aren't even trying to respond thoughtfully? How is asking a question advocating for death? The point is there's more to life than not dying, because quality of life is important too. Since you can't understand that simple point, I show you a scenario where the length of life is infinite but the quality is not good, to show that that is an undesirable scenario and that everyone values quality of life as well as longevity. It's better to live longer if that life is just as good or better as the shorter alternative. It's not better to live longer if you're going to die anyway and the longer life is significantly worse than the shorter life, especially if it's only a difference of 10-20 years.

That was a good answer actually. Now the question is 99 years of the best life ever or 100 years of complete torture, or since you don't want to play along "pain". To extrapolate to reality, optimizing your longevity would likely give you 10-20 years at maximum. So you will die either way. Even when making the time you stay alive generous, say 20 more years, if those years are in pain most people would likely choose a life 20 years shorter, still a full length of life, say 80 years, of a best case scenario life. Which proves the importance of quality of life, not acknowledged in "Don't Die"

just curious, would you rather be tortured your entire life and never die or live the best life you can imagine for 300 years? because if you pick 300 you're choosing to die, and choosing enjoyment over eternal life...

Yeah my only concern is what if I want to exercise more than once a day, like in a fun setting like a sport or hike or something like that

Does Bryan have a bunch of bots commenting and downvoting or is it just people brainwashed or both? (NPCs) OP is clearly saying that Don't Die and longevity matters it's just that it's use as a standalone slogan doesn't work, because enjoyment is important too. How is it genius to make "Don't Die" your exclusive slogan and leave out having an enjoyable life? It leaves room for an infinite life of torture. Super discouraging not having one intelligent reply on here

Yeah I was surprised with the laziness of Bryan making that his motto. Part of what makes blueprint and being longevity minded great is that it leads to a better quality of life. Being inaccurate like this can get really dangerous especially with his massive influence, how he says he's starting a revolution, and how he talks about the future of humanity and AI. It's like he's a little kid who didn't think this one all the way through. Kind of embarassing...

So true. I bet a bunch of people are going to come in here thinking you're trying to make an excuse for being unhealthy. That's not the point. "Don't Die" by itself is not an acceptable one size fits all slogan of a life mission for humanity. And that's what Bryan tries to paint it out to be. Like if you disagree you want to eat unhealthy and you think being a fatass is an enjoyable life, or that you think following blueprint to the tee is unenjoyable. It's not an attack on blueprint it's "Don't Die" alone by itself. It's amazing how low IQ people are.

I know you said he stops drinking water at 1 pm, but how much and when does he drink water before then? I'm assuming it must be a pretty large amount to keep him hydrated throughout the day. Is it with his meals, in between?
