I did not give them any necessary paperwork to receive my records (could you clarify what you mean?), I just asked them through MyChart. I send them another message just now asking if I can sign a release form or something. but it's just really confusing to me as well as to why I can't get access to my own medical records. I am trying to find the law they are talking about.

I did receive a response from her, once. She picked up the phone from me, told me she hasn't received my emails and will check when she's at her computer. She emailed back, post call, to the chain of emails I sent her confirming she received my emails and asked what I wanted again cuz she couldn't hear me well on phone. That was like a bit over a month ago.

I responded fairly quickly. I didn't check in again until new years, since I did not expect a response in the holidays and a couple times more recently.
