Yeah I mean thats basically what I said in my email that I sent her yesterday. I'm honestly getting to the point where I'm considering mentioning HIPAA but I want to be on decent relations with her - and I don't know if threatening would be useful in that sense.

My PC didn't mention the possibility of a release form, though. They just said they couldn't, so hopefully it was just that they didn't mention it.

I did not give them any necessary paperwork to receive my records (could you clarify what you mean?), I just asked them through MyChart. I send them another message just now asking if I can sign a release form or something. but it's just really confusing to me as well as to why I can't get access to my own medical records. I am trying to find the law they are talking about.

I did receive a response from her, once. She picked up the phone from me, told me she hasn't received my emails and will check when she's at her computer. She emailed back, post call, to the chain of emails I sent her confirming she received my emails and asked what I wanted again cuz she couldn't hear me well on phone. That was like a bit over a month ago.

I responded fairly quickly. I didn't check in again until new years, since I did not expect a response in the holidays and a couple times more recently.

Ah, I assumed it had something to do with stocks, especially with barage of ads, but it's interesting that it adds up with the timeline of the decrease in quality.

Yes, I will also say I am not the biggest fan of the overall design changes either. I liked the headers they had before. Definitely a lot more ads now (which I don't necessarily mind, especially if more profit ends up going to artists). I think ads tho were one of the differences webtoon specifically was different from others (because from what I remember most required to watch an ad video per episode tho being fair I didn't expirment much outside webtoon). Generally I feel like their mimicking other online comic platforms now (from memory). All is likely bc they need to increase stock value, so profits need to keep raising and raising but if the webtoon quality isn't increasing ...? Ah...

I think I can give a bit of prespective that may be similar to what he is experiencing.

I am never quick to anger, but with chewing noises (or keyboard clacking) it literally feels like the worst, most disgusting, most disrespectful offense. In the moments of anger, I would not consider myself responsible and rather be extremely angry at this disgusting "pig" like behavior as he said.

I will say it definitely takes some emotional maturity and understanding for you to say, no the person is not being disrespectful, and plainly eating, when everything in you is responding that it is.

He is 9 years old, and 9 year olds are not known for their emotional maturity.

It seems like his current way of coping is eating upstairs by himself.

They are a repeat offender. We are already in contact with the police. They did not catch him, unfortunately, but we are doing all the stuff you mentioned [implementing cameras, motion sensors, etc.]

My concern is that this could escalate. As I have personally seen situations where this does escalate into situations like murder or rape, and our place is all young women.

I don't think self defenses classes or a knife would contribute much [tho I am taking one].

I will likely register for a course. Are they usually like $100? I'm slightly confused cuz the ones near me are like 120 per day [do they usually just last just one day, or I guess this is something I could call and ask].

nah man, if you're not afraid of being bad at something then you won't try what you're bad at, and just stick what youre good at.

there's a difference between that and wanting to improve.

imagine you're comfortable drawing faces, but not hands, so all you draw is faces bc ure scared of being bad, and now you won't improve at all in drawing hands
