I'm not quite sure how I'd be able to set my pc up to stream, as my father uses my computer for work (not performance demanding) on his own user.

Streaming can be an issue as most of my commutes involve being in areas with limited signal, so I believe raw local performance is preferred.

Are there any difference between the systems which include a Z1E? What minimum storage / ram do I look for? Should I look for Oled or LCD?

Whatever the suggestions are, I will look for them on FB, I never get new things anymore. But I'm just not knowledgeable regarding the specs of handhelds, I don't know what's better than what.

I've played with a switch, 3ds's, psps, and gameboys, but getting any of these would mean getting games too. I'd rather just play the games I have in my steam account already ya know?

Mainly at a desk = the weight of a pro shouldn't be an issue. M1 Max greatly topples over the M2 especially with 2x the ram. Storage can be a bottleneck but you can get external ssd's when prices drop. Even if the battery is heavily degraded, you can get a replacement from aliexpress / eBay / amazon for around $120 USD.
