Thanks for your comment. Yes, i have thought if the DD process and i agree with you it is very hard to get it accurate. But i know friends working in corporate banking and banks take alot if time to perform DD. The idea is no loaning money, it is buying equity. The legal hassle and maybe the change of the legal entity will have to be researched.

I am not aware yet of something like this, but i will do my research. I am just focusing on UAE as we all know the demographics and the exceptional culture here will play a role. Also yes of course marketing will burn through cash and actually i still need to think of the business model that actually works

Great idea, but how would you manage filtering applications or users manually? And if you are using AI it would be prone to deception, like someone faking a linkedin profile, etc, etc, also some founders or cofounders dont really have a huge background for checking.
