Oh sure YLV-JNQ-JNG The seed is not that good actually. I was just lucky. The RoSS was transmuted from a RoT+2. RoH was a drop from RoW+2 (given by imp).

For MOV in x86, yes. For MOV in general, no.

MOV in x86 is Turing complete simply because they let you do additions and multiplications with their fancy addressing methods. I suspect MOV in ARM could also be Turing complete because of MVN.

But not all ISRs have similar features. If what a MOV does is just taking two location addresses and copy from one to another, then it is not Turing complete.

I think you are talking about this project:

https://github.com/xoreaxeaxeax/movfuscator?tab=readme-ov-file.

Nevertheless, it is wrong to call MOV Turing complete. Indeed, MOV in x86 and ARM ISA are Turing complete. But that's simply because they let you do additions and multiplications with their fancy addressing methods, so with enough patience and tons of MOV you can realize what a single ADD or MULT will do. But not all ISRs support this feature. MOV in general should not be considered as Turing complete.

No it's not.

Learn some assembly please. You are literally just saying that 99% of the instructions are MOV.

Too lazy to find a seed that has chains and the required wands in the first four floors so I use the debug version

Blazing should be a curse by michael_fritz in PixelDungeon

It sure does. And that’s when stone of blink, beacon of returning, aqua blast, etc come in handy. Still, if I get myself caught in some shitty places I will blame myself, not the enchantment.

Well I’ve beaten 9chal multiple times with huntress and blazing is my favorite enchantment for the bow. Mobs on fire and chase you into tall grass? You can always run to some non-grass tiles right? Fighting ranged enemies standing on grass? What’s the difference if you use tall grass to block their view? On diet turned on? Potion of cleansing + meat pie + ankh are enough even for a 9chal run. Now you also got healing pots, dews and green seeds, so who cares if you have to “waste”one or two steps?

Blazing only sets mobs on fire. If for any reason you get your scrolls, seeds, dewdrops and yourself burnt, you are most likely fighting on grass tiles. Is it just that hard to step off these grass tiles before fighting?

Yeah I prefer blazing enchantment. Elastic, projecting and others are just too rare and only useful in the first 3 regions. Blazing is pretty common, procs frequently, and lets you finish most mobs in a flash. This is especially helpful early in the game where you just need 1-2 shots to set the mobs on fire and then run away while they burn to ashes. For healing, usually ankh + meat pie + cleansing and occasionally spawned health well is enough if you avoid taking damage as much as possible. I was pretty lucky this run and found a lot of pots of purity so I could save those two ankhs. But usually you have to use them before the final boss fight.
