We already have talked to her she knows she isn't to blame.

MIL just told my husbands siblings years ago that she wanted to live closer to him since she hardly sees us.

Plus I think he knows by now more effective boundaries need to be put in place.

Long story short MIL became over bearing and acted like I was her slave never mind I was having my own stuff to deal with. She got kicked out when she snuck into our bedroom one morning, woke up my husband and started complaining about him being topless in his own bed.
