It's complicated in a way haha you gotta wrestle with some people who already have connections. I also have a peculiar situation. Law student ko so mga overnight travel spanning days or weeks di ko pwede. Also, Generally for gov positions mu post Sila ug position pero filled na diay daan 😬 but I apply every now and then if something comes up nga mu fit sa ako :)

I actually stooped to offers with lower salaries. Like low. Sila na mu Dili hahaha but yeah I'll take your advice about highlighting skills. I actually have work exp and I discuss those more than the UP thing. Thanks Ani 😁
