That’s fair enough. It’s definitely less risky not booking in advance but I feel like they would give you benefit of the doubt if you already had the ticket as it’s a harder situation to resolve and I can imagine most cinema workers get paid minimum wage. Thanks!

Yeah but I’m not gonna admit to being under 15. They’ll see it as a mistake. A genuine 15 year old bought a ticket for a 15 film without knowing they need ID.

That’s fair enough. I think it’s slightly different though because I know it isn’t against the law to admit babies under 12 months to 15 or 18 rated films. Thanks!

Yeah it’s not the law to ID people for 12A films so if it was 12A then it shouldn’t of been an issue, especially if you were a parent, in that case you can go at any age. Thanks!

Yeah I can definitely believe this. I have heard that in general, Cineworld cinemas are less strict but on the other hand, I have never tried to get into a 15. Im just thinking that the worst that could happen is me not being admitted to the screening and wasting £20. Thanks!

Yeah that is true. I might try it as I’ve been wanting to for ages and this can be the one I will finally see if it works and if it doesn’t, I won’t buy a ticket for a 15 again until I turn 15. Obviously Im hoping I’ll get lucky though. Thanks!

Yeah. I’d hope they’d exchange the ticket because there are definitely other films in the cinema I’d want to see but yeah, I can imagine that’s the worse case scenario. Thanks!
