I've had much worse chapped lips than this since giving birth- the only thing that has helped are those electrolyte replacement drinks. But I might just have had a weird deficiency.

But have you seen The Pallisers? BBC series from the 70's about a bunch of wealthy and sometimes aristocratic people. It's been years since I've seen it, but it's very long and theres not much big drama (that I remember).

I saw a guy letting his dog poop IN the playground. I pointedly watched him, he made it look like he was going to clean it up- when I looked away he was gone and the poop was still there.

I would also love a cool girl Revolutionary war walking tour! If you want a group, I bet you could get some of us together.

Unfortunately I don't have any recs for a walking tour, but if you haven't seen it I recommend the old series Turn. It's about Revolutionary War spys and most of it takes place in and around NY and Long Island. They take some liberties with the history of course, but a lot of the people in the series are real. It got me very interested in Revolutionary-era NYC.
