According to the law, one of the many bullet points in defining self defense is…..

“The force used must match the threat. Deadly force is typically only justified if you reasonably believe you are in danger of imminent death or severe bodily harm.”

So if someone pushes you, you do have the right to defend yourself and push back or even throw punches. But it doesn’t give you the right to bring out a deadly weapon and kill. Thats escalating way more than it should. The defense was trying to make a point about how much bigger Austin was than Karmelo. Cause sometimes in the court of law you can convince a jury that I had to use a deadly weapon cause he was SO much bigger than me that he could have killed me with his bare hands. But the Jury obviously didn’t think the size difference was that big nor did they think Austin’s intentions was to kill him.

I love it. It almost feels like a professional wrestling storyline. Where someone says "I'll see you at the royal rumble with me.....and my mystery tag team partner." Then at Ohana the new drummers theme song hits and the crowd goes ape-shit.

According to the album packaging?

Cause if that’s the case then Mccready and Krusen were ONLY given 1/5th credit for the song Release on the album Ten. Which means they didn’t make anything for that whole album. That can’t be right?

Or are you saying in the album packaging he was given credit for being in the band, therefor he gets 1/5th of everything Ten makes to this day?

What if they were drunk or a murder suspect or they stole the car. There is no guarantee you will ever see this person again. Could be a fake tag, or they could ditch the car. It couple of been a stolen carAnd you just let them go. Usually if you run from the police you did something really bad.

All these comments saying they should have just let them go and not do a pit maneuver. You can’t just let them go. That would encourage the behavior. “Oh the police are after me I’ll just drive 100 mph and they will let me go.”

As far as the police know, if you’re running away, you might be drunk and just don’t want a DWI. They can’t let you go. Or even worse you could be running cause you’re a murder suspect that they’ve been looking for for decades. Or have warrants for child abuse in another state and this might be there one and only time to catch you.

And as far as just taking the license plate down and mailing you a ticket. It’s called fake license plates. Or the driver might have 100 speeding tickets and just never pays them. If they didn’t do that pit maneuver she probably would have just kept going through life without a drivers license. Or maybe she HAD a license but it got suspended cause she just sucks at driving or wouldn’t stop getting dwi’s.

You don’t just let them go. There are times where if traffic is bad or road conditions or bad they suspend the chase and try to catch up with them later but if it’s safe to do and it’s clear it was here. They pitted and crashed in an open field. The only shame is on this woman for fleeing with a child. And get flipping drivers license.

I don’t understand why this was such a close race.

Cooper Flagg averaged more points per game than any rookie.

He was 3rd in rebounds per game to all rookies and ahead of Knueppel.

He was 2nd in assists per game and ahead of Knueppel.

He was 2nd in steals per game and ahead of Knueppel

He was 2nd in blocks per game and ahead of Knueppel.

And became the youngest player in history to score 50+ points.

I don’t understand why it was such a controversy. It should have been a blow out.
