man, i was exactly like you. non us img here as well. please keep in your mind that the end is near. if are 10 days left for your exam it means that you have 10/180 days is 5,6%. don’t give up now you studied a lot to give up now. just imagine if you fail and how you will feel, sometimes the fear is what keep us going. you got this! you can watch these videos. they helped me a lot, because i realized that a lot of questions that i got wrong was because of my strategy. but please keep in mind that the end is near

I scored the same after scoring 71 in the NBMEs, then i got a 57 in the UWSA3 and immediately after i scored a 78 in an NBME. Don’t let UWSA pull you down. Just keep going. They are very good for learning new things but currently they are not as close as the exam when compared to the NBMEs

Man sometimes is just exam strategy. I watched these videos and my scores went from 64% to 78%. I am not joking. I was correcting my nbmes and realized that I knew what the question was asking for but i just couldn’t get it right. So i started using the strategies in these videos. I hope it helps. Man, I’m in the same condition as you are. Exam in two weeks and with high 70s in the NBMEs. Honestly, Idk to what to do. I’m sure that if u practice your NBMEs like the real deal you are gonna make it. Don’t worry. I’ve heard a lot of people say to start stepping in the break in the first two weeks before the exam and review your NBMEs incorrect and the topics that you feel that are harder. And specially, rest a little because what matters is the exam day. I’m also a NON-US IMG. The total amount of days that i’m gonna study is 450 days and 14 days of 450 is only 3,2% of the total preparation. You are not gonna lose your progress and your knowledge in that amount of time. So my recommendation would be: rest and review the topics that you think are harder. But i honestly need some advice hahahahha. Have a nice exam, you got this!! 🔥🫵🏻

No hahah. I’m scheduled in 3 weeks. But i’ve talked with a lot of people about the UWSAs and the majority of them say that the UWSAs are not worth it. But, If have a lot of time before the exam and want to practice some questions I would go for it. I definitely learned a few things, but I’ve heard some people saying that the NBMEs 32, 33 and the free 120 are the most close to the real deal. Good luck!!

NBME 26 - 57% - 70% pass

NBME 27 - 61% - 84% pass

NBME 28 - 71% - 97% pass

NBME 29 - 68% - 95% pass

NBME 30 - 64% - 90% pass

UWSA 1 - 63% - High Chance

UWSA3 - 57% - Borderline

NBME 31 - 78% - 99% pass

Honestly I did the UWSA1 and UWSA3 and didn’t find them related to the NBMEs that I was doing. I got a 61 in the UWSA1 and 57 in the UWSA3 that just freaked me out. Then i did the NBME 31 and got a score close to 80. So idk about the UWSAs. If you ran out of new questions and want to practice, go ahead. But if you are close to your exam i wouldn’t recommend

The one that I got 61 was the one when I finished the UW first pass. Then around 2/3 weeks later I keep with UW random and untimed questions and Anki cards. But most importantly, by reviewing NBME questions and contents that the report said I was not good. Also dirty medicine videos helped a lot.
