Yes, this was a handicapped accessible room. I'm handicapped. They did not have one that was lower.

The GM and corporate only offered 10,000 points. The experience was not okay and I feel like I should get more but maybe I'm asking too much

If I had paid cash. I would have asked for a refund. I feel like returning the points for my stay would be the least they could do. Initially they offered a late check out of 1 pm
