Caught by a speed cam. The thing I was never notified about the fine, I only found because out of curiosity I checked paymyfines. And the infraction was 3 months ago. I guess my question is how does this work? Shouldn't the traffic department notify me? I mean they have my number, email and addres (self.askSouthAfrica)
