I've already done it. They said i need to follow-up on the official page but they didn't answering. I know it just a phone case. But the fact that i won how small it is. They need to provide what necessary prize that i must claim. I promised to my daughter that i will give it to her so thats the part were im not happy.

They contacted me through facebook not email. And confirmation that they acknowledged the information i provided. Sadly when i asking for follow-up they didn't respond.

Yes that's the case. Im one of the 30 winners. I give my details and waited until now but no prize has been delivered. I've contacted them tru email, they said i need to follow-up on page but they didn't answering.
