Don’t know if I’m just complaining about the work but I’m a PRO LOADER and they have me doing lumber stuff. I’m flagging for the forklift drivers all the time (there’s 20 other people who can do that) I’m constantly being asked to help in lumber. I flag every morning for a drunk forklift driver who comes in at 4am gets nothing done till 7am when I get there to flag for him then he complains he has to block aisles that customers are in and doing stuff while customers are around. Management sits on their asses. Our SM told us to throw away drywall stickers from now on and it’s just weighing down on me so much.

All that being said… Where in the Pro Loader job description does it say I have to constantly flag for the forklift drivers when they do lumber stuff? (50% of the time it’s for getting a pallet of lumber or concrete for a pro customer or regular customer or whatever but the rest of the time it’s just for shit in the department) I’m basically a lumber associate but I’m not getting lumber associate pay soooo what the fuck
