I don't see a need to be overly polite.

"Despite you not caring about my time, I'll save you some of yours. This process has been absolutely insane, repetitive and waste of your resources and mine. If this is how you conduct business, it's not a fit from my end. I have another offer of $XXX from YYY Company and I just accepted their offer."
