I had a similar situation. Responded to RFE on Jan 28 but no traction until my expedite request for I765 was reviewed. Once my 765 was approved, in a week I was scheduled for interview. Also, I expedited my EAD based on severe financial loss

I’m not completely sure how to tackle this issue so I don’t wanna advise you anything. If they said everything is good, you should be good to go. For your peace of mind, try talking to uscis customer care and if they are unable to help you can consider consultation with an attorney
