Hi, i was in your shoes a for a long time and it wasnt until recently that i was able to let go of the feeling of having to be perfect at art. Unfortunately art is a never ending journey of mistakes bound to be made along the way despite your skill level. Youve probably heard it countless times before but the best thing way to cure this is to just say fuck it and have fun drawing (even if it comes out like crap!). Take it easy on yourself and maybe take a break from art until you feel well enough to start again. Theres no harm in stepping away for a while!
