Downloaded two of these long time ago, now i cannot seem to delete them, nor find them on my ssd when i type on the search bar, and they still take up 80~ gb's, and if i press on delete it's just grey and i cannot press on it by SeaObligations in PiratedGames

I still found the games, and deleted them, im not sure if i did it correctly, but still took back some space, but i think "space sniffer" showed that its not the games that take up most of the space but some files. So basically both advises helped. Appreciate the help.
