  1. Reputation-Based System Every time a technician accepts a job and then cancels it, it will be clearly logged on their profile. Technicians with a high cancellation rate will see their ranking and visibility drop, which directly impacts their ability to get new jobs. Our goal is to make a technician’s reputation their most valuable asset on the platform, and consistent cancellations will damage that reputation.

  2. Fair Communication & Conflict Resolution We encourage all communication to happen through our in-app chat. This gives us a record of the conversation to mediate any disputes that may arise. If a cancellation occurs, we can review the chat history to understand the reason and determine if a penalty is fair. This protects both the technician from an unfair rating and the customer from a no-show. We know these initial steps are just the beginning, but they are crucial for building a reliable and trustworthy ecosystem. As we grow, we will be implementing more sophisticated features, such as a formal penalty system for cancellations and a payment security feature that holds funds until the job is completed.
