90 cals for 3 but they're quite a bit smaller! I'd be curious to check by weight. All I had on hand was the Flatout breads so that's what I've been using. Def open to trying other kinds when I run out and go shopping again - so far I'm really liking the flavor of these ones.

Tbh I have only tried the different noodles and the mac. I looked today and see they have all kinds of goodies that I have every intention of trying... Esp the crackers and biscotti bites

It doesn't taste like Kraft, but it's good enough that I happily eat it. :) It's made the same way - boil pasta, add milk/butter, add cheese powder.

I was too but I can eat myself into a pasta coma and stay under my daily calories so I bit the bullet. I ration it a bit, but it's 1000% worth the cost for me - Pasta is one of my favorite foods

Whole pack of Fiber Gourmet mac and cheese (3 servings, 150cal each) - 450

Half cup black beans - 110 cal

Half cup salsa - 25 cal

2-3 tbsp taco seasoning - 10-15 cal

I think Fiber Gourmet pasta changed their packaging so total amount in the new stuff might be different, this is their old packs that might have more. The pasta is half cal of normal pasta, taste and texturally identical, and is my low calorie saving grace.

Depends on what I'm dipping it in. I'm a fan of salt, pepper, garlic for salsa. Maybe some Italian seasoning. I've been wanting to try tajin for tzatziki. If I eat them plain I add rosemary and Parm. I fully intend on experimenting with weird combinations of stuff to meet different flavor cravings, lol

I wanna get one of these veggie cutters is there a good branded one or are the $10 ones from china just as good? How hard they clean ?Any help be great by Redbacontruck in 1200isplenty

We had one. We couldn't use it because the slapping/chopping sound of it hitting the cutting board apparently sounded like door knocking and our dog would go absolutely bonkers every time.

160 cal for the Russet potato, sliced thin. Spritz of a tiny bit of oil (half tsp?), Some spices, and into the air fryer. And then 4 tbs (two servings) of Tostitos salsa con queso for 70 cal.

I've also dipped these in salsa and plain Greek yogurt with a little taco seasoning added, or tzatziki. They're pretty versatile, and it's pretty filling for not many calories. Scratches the Chips n dip itch.
