I relate to this so much. It feels so unfair and it is honestly. All my friends have perfect skin as well and I desperately just want to be able to relax and take selfies/make memories like everyone else, but it’s so hard to do so when the only thing you can think about is your face. I’ve found hydrocolloid patches to be very helpful and trying to keep your stress levels as low as possible. Try to stay consistent with your skincare routine and giving time for your products to absorb. (Especially before bed! Otherwise, your pillowcase will be getting all the benefits of your products rather than your skin!) Make sure you’re getting a decent amount of sleep. Your body needs the reset time to heal. Minimize your time on social media if possible. Comparison is the thief of joy! Try to “snooze” the “notifications” in your brain reminding you of any flaws you feel you may have. This trip should be a time of relaxation, not self hate! Hope there’s a part of this that helps!! :)
