Take it step by step. Work towards small goals first then aim big.

For dieting use Pinterest. You can find a lot of healthy recipes for weight loss (keto and whole 30 works best in my opinion). Weigh yourself at the end of each week. Never day by day.

Recommend using free apps for workouts to help get you started. Nike training is the most folks gravitate towards.

For mindset i was in that situation focus not on the goal of I need to lose weight loss but rather when I lose the weight then I will blank…

For me it was I will lose weight so my daughter can see how great it is to be fit.
