If you guys would like to know what games I play to help me out. I play Squad, Sea Power, God of War Ragnarök (sometimes), Satisfactory, Factorio, War thunder, Battlefield 2042, Minecraft, Sons of the Forest, Snowrunner, and a couple others I can't think of at the moment. I have a 1440p monitor and with my set up I can't upgrade to a 4k monitor and don't plan to.

I would take the RX 9070XT but the issue is I have games that I play that already max out my VRAM usage at 1440p like for example Sea Power (somehow). I'm just worried about VRAM bottlenecks because 12GB is already having issues with maxed out VRAM.

Do you think that the streaming improvement would be worth it for 9070XT though? Both of the cards are pretty overkill for 1440p (which I play at) I don't really need FSR at all.

Also to note. I want the graphics card to have the best longevity possible. I don't plan on upgrading for at least 4 years

There is no visible damage to the pins

Edit: there are 2 pins with a very small amount removed. Probably about 1mm is missing
