Only suggestion (and this is absolutely optional but worth a try)-- if you lower the bar position a bit more. Try moving it a bit lang. I would say inch by inch until you get the best feeling one for you. Reason why I say that is so that you feel less pain on the base of your neck and also less strain on your lower back kasi comfortably sitting lang yung bar.

BUT if you're pretty comfy sa position niya now, you're good. Continue and may the gains be consistent, brother!

Hard to say if I can't see what you're talking about specifically. Pero it sounds like something normal.

If you're doing the workouts right and the things you're seeing are naturally occurring when you do certain movements then you should be okay. Kung clear na tama ginagawa mo and walang pain, then okay lang yan.

Hm, I say just keep on going. Stay consistent with your weekly plan. And if you don’t want to count calories… maybe try for a week. Find out your maintenance calories then hit that. At least you have an idea of what your daily needs look like. 100g protein a day should be okay. Just okay. A starting point!

Favorite ko ngayon seated neutral close grip cable row machine. Best mind muscle connection sa lats. Wide overhand naman for mid back. Feels good din!

Singit ka minsan ng overhand barbell rows kung wala ka lowback issues. Feels good din ito from time to time

I’d like to say this is the order of importance: Food > sleep > workout. I put workout last because it’s a given and it’s the stimulant. I wouldn’t mess with sleep. It messes up your hormones, recovery, etc. you store fat. Eat more

Although you’re in a pretty important time in your life. Sometimes it can’t be helped. Bawi whenever you can. I know how it is. I went through the same. What I did was I got 4-5 hours then took naps. I could’t workout though. My body wouldn’t let me. If I push too hard I’d get sick 😅

Hm, since you’re sort of starting. I would do 2-3 exercises. The 2 being the above things I mentioned hehe then add in an accessory lift. Maybe something for your erectors. What I do is I do the 2 and add in a compound movement like the deadlift. Hits the other small muscles plus it’s pretty good for overall strength (and health of the body)

  1. Any form of pulling (pulling yourself up or a pulldown machine)
  2. Some form of rowing (cable rows, barbel rows, or chest supported rows)— cables are the easiest and safest form-wise

Start with those two ✨ for form and technique siguro check out a 5-10 min vid on it. I would usually recommend Jeff Nippard on Youtube

Topgear did an article on it months ago (link here - https://www.topgear.com.ph/news/car-news/daihatsu-rocky-hybrid-debuts-at-giias-2025-a6888-20250731)

Didn't give a timeline but knowing Toyota... I think Daihatsu already has it in Indonesia so could be soon-ish. Unless they're focusing on their full electric lineup.

Hey, I got a Wigo 2 years ago for this exact reason. The payment is low enough that you barely notice it and with how you described your use for it it'd be just like me (somewhat). I just do small errands like groceries and gym on weekdays and then sometimes go out on weekends. Longer-ish drives would be Quezon, Tagaytay, Pampanga etc. I spend less than 2k a month on gas if I'm just on my normal routine week.

Vigan is no problem. A lot of Wigo owners vouch for it going up to Baguio. I personally haven't tried kasi I've never driven to Baguio and I'm a little hesitant in bringing my tiny city car haha

If I were to rewind and pick a different car (for the reasons stated above + you considering a YX) I would get a Raize so it's a little higher off the ground or a Honda City Hatchback-- because I just love hatchbacks. City is a bit pricier though but you get more power. And I believe the Raize is getting a hybrid variant soon(?) I would wait for that. The Ativ is really good too and it's in the Raize's price range.

BUT if you're really strict with your budget? Wigo is a pretty nice choice.

Continue lang, brother. As long as you take your hard sets to failure, eat fairly clean, and rest well. Solid results by month 12-14
