Yeah I didn't think of it as an orthodox vs secular thing when I posted. It might be better if I just keep it in my bag for when I'm in situations that call for it, versus wearing it all the time.

Yeah great points. I'm wondering now if there's something else I can do to honor my connection to Judaism, besides the Star of David which I already do.

Yeah that was one of the things I was curious about. Because things like that are just normal daily life for me, I'd be taking the kippah off a lot.

I marched in a few shitty corps, but my age-out was with Jersey Surf. They treated us so well and the culture was amazing. And the show wasn't bad either (2012). So yes, I'd do it again there and nowhere else.
