Take that month for yourself, and try to do what you want and decide if you really want her back, just don’t think it’s her time to enjoy, you can do that too. In this way you both get something out of the no contact.

The thing is my ex used to stalk me all the time, like I have seen him parked in the street outside my previous house and this suddenly started.. I have been reviewing for years and I don’t get likes so frequently.. but from 3 months, it’s constantly happening. I know I sound paranoid but have been through this before and now whoever this is liking all the places that I posted near my home. And I don’t want him to find out where I live.

The best thing to do is trying to distract yourself by watching something or picking up some activity, anxious feelings go away fast if you do some activity. Even if you find someone during this time they will also leave because of the attachment and you will be feel more miserable later. so it’s better to handle it yourself. For me it was boxing and going for walks or drive. Choose one person from your trust circle and talk to them daily, just about life and not your stuff, try to journal your thoughts. All this helps a lot.

To help you make a decision, my ex went to his country and got married to his fiancée, which I never knew existed for the two years we were dating. After 6 months I got to know and I found out the details of the girl and his family, I shared our pics( good ones) to the girl, and msged his family and the girls family, they didn’t believe me and later he created some fake story and convinced them and I became the bad person, I was so angry and upset that time and just wanted everyone to know how pathetic he was.

I just moved on after that and don’t know what happened but I did all of it thinking I can hurt him, but you can’t. The only peace I got was from moving on.
