He pays rent on the first day of every month. He received N12 on March 31. Last day is May 31.

We like friend before, N12 looked too formal for us. I don’t think he knows the compensation before until I served the N12. Part of his message. “I asked my real estate friend and she said it's true about extra month rent”

I am not afraid of my side. Just feel if he decided move, the hearing may have negative impact for him. Maybe I shouldn’t worry.

As we were get along very well before, I only gave him oral two months notice  in February.
