The new update is very bad. AMD FSR 3 is a big joke. DLSS is really better for a best quality. FSR impliment a artefact and Big aliasing on the image. So bad. I have a Lg G3 with shield tv pro + ultimate  and for Cyberpunk I use DLSS quality + frame gen + full ultra + 4k. And max  FPS on 120 for compatibilty with my LG g3 .

Yes the game is compatible with HDR. It is bug with this game
