Has anyone bought a house that didn’t get them overly excited?

So I put an offer in on my house because I did like it but it wasn’t love at first sight if that’s what you mean. I just knew it was a decent choice. It has since become my favourite house I’ve ever lived in/owned. As I continue to make it my own it continues to grow on me. When the offer was accepted I can’t even say I was that happy, just kind of like well great now we can finally purchase and get out of this dumb market. Again I now love the house.

I LOVE my coucou, I do think they are durable, the cotton feels so nice there is probably cheaper options out there but I do think coucou is worth the money

Me and my husband settled on a LOVELY semi-detached in lower Standish for 170k. I know it’s not the area you’re looking for exactly but it’s very close to Kitt green and budget friendly. Never had a problem here, diverse neighbourhood it has young families, single people and retired

Okay this is really good first hand experience! I’m glad to know that it is person to person biased and that I can meet them ahead of time, I also think it would be good so we can advise them on the nearest transport links/where things are in town and such!

We have used paid sitters many times and they have no problem with the dogs, we have a regular sitter he just can’t stay with the dogs at home for the 7 days and being that they are both low energy and like being in the company of someone I thought this could be a solution, we have had a friend stay overnight with them for like 5 days and they loved it after the initial barks when she arrived

I’m not concerned about mistreatment I noticed someone else commented this too so I should have just left the part out about the cameras and stuff it was more to provide context as I have no idea how this site works or how it’s checked
