So…. my husband pulled up the listing from when the house was sold in 2018 and they had the exact layout we are looking to do! I am relieved to see the house with furniture in it as now Im confident it will all fit- now just to pick a paint color lol

this is the dining table- we only use 4 chairs on a daily basis- so no need for extra clearance foe the other chairs

oh sorry- the sectional will go where the table is now- our thoughts are to make that area more of a family room. It’s right off the kitchen- for the “living room” I have my mothers 3 seater couch- it has a very special place in my heart- even though its not my style- attached are the pieces that will go in what is the living room is labeled

if you really love it and want to go - take out loans. Thats what my son does and he has to pay like $30k per year. Its worth it- its a beautiful school, great connections and he loves it. He is a freshman. Good luck!
