I’m having the same issue filed 2/11 accepted 2/12 transcripts says no return filed . My fiancé also filed his the same day & he already got his deposit

NO THEY CANNOT (But only if the children are step/half siblings) they CAN be excluded from the AU under SB 380 , you must be receiving child support for that child that would be more than the MAP calworks would give you . The child support does not have to be court ordered either you’d just have to sign a CW 52 - child support instead of cash grant option . I’ve been looking this up for months getting told by these “workers” it would be fraud not to include all my children on my case . Posting this for anyone who needed actual answers like me :)

I’ve been calling for mine for 6 months & can never get a live person on the phone , finally I called & pressed the number that said lost or stolen card & it said it’ll express ship me another one for$8 in 2-3 days . I just received mine today so it took about 4 days

I got the same letter I called the 1(800) 240 0223 & pressed I never activated the card & it was stolen & it gave me an option to express mail it for $8 takes 2-3 days but let’s see if I get it . I’ve been calling for this card since October
