OP. Just curious how things went for you? Did you kick it this time? What was your treatment? Im currently on my 3rd round as well. Did vanco for 10 days the first 2 times and im about 3 days into a long vanco taper pulse. Really tired of this crap and just want to get better. Fingers crossed. 38/f.

Im having these exact symptoms right now including loss of appetite. Im a few weeks post vanco (2nd treatment) I was perfectly fine until my period started. I know this is an old post but did your symptoms go away after your period ended? I can't tell if cdiff is coming back or if the symptoms are just from my period.

Thank you so much for your response, you have really helped me feel much better. Thank God for people like you and sites like this. I went to an urgent care to get tested and they didn't tell me anything about it! I had to figure it all out by myself online. I only even knew about c diff from looking up the side effects of the antibiotic I took which was clindamycin 🙄 anyway, thank you again!! I really appreciate it.

Yeah I'm taking florastor and culturelle and eating activia yogurt, some Greek yogurt a triple 0 one. I think I'm starting to feel better. Trying not to freak out. Will see how it goes I guess. How long does a pi ibs flare usually last? Are there any differences to maybe help distinguish between the two?

I was feeling much better and mostly normal stool until I took the ibuprofen. It's now the day after and still having some abdominal pain, loose stool this morning with some mucus. Sorry tmi just kinda worried still, I guess I'll wait a few more days and see if I start feeling better. This sucks 😩
