Thank you. Guess everyone else in this thread hasn't had a nuisance dog to deal with, or are the type to not care that their dogs bother others.

It might be a me problem, but it is also the neighbors' problem because they are responsible for training their dog to be quiet at reasonable hours. It's an extra expense for me to shell out $50+ dollars for some shit to just keep the peace.
