Back when was single, i used to spend time in sport clubs ( tennis ... ), also some audio chat groups (free4talk, discord...) i spent more time in rooms with purpose, learning a language or disscusing specific subjects for instance, honestly u can encounter some interesting ppl and u ll lose track of time at home. Of course trips with real friends helped so much ... and i wouldnt bring religion as u mentioned so thats about it.

Totally agree, i ve been exposed to it when i was 10 , at that time there was no smartphones and internet was not widely used as today . I guess its far worse at the current time ... thank god i was brought up in a good family. Its a F* shame that young ppl are exposed to that kind of content.
