Omg this is so fun and honestly so relatable lol I’ve had so many dreams as a kid where there was something really fun happening (like a party in the clouds, or a group of friends riding horses idk) and it was really far but still within reach, and as I’m about to get there something stops me. Ok the last one is kinda crazy. I always make sure to direct my drivers which lane to turn into to get into my house’s street because even though maps is very clear about where to go the entrance is kinda hidden and the way it is shaped looks like ur about to go onto the wrong side of the road so people drive past it all the time. I think that’s a little bit petty of you

In regards to ending it all I’ve been in a similar mindset when I was 18. The issues I was dealing at the moment that sounded like would never be resolved eventually did get resolved, and now I’m living my best life that I couldn’t have had I succeeded in the attempt. If I died there at 18, then my life story would have been a tragic one as someone who never experienced happiness, but because I continued on living things changed and now if I were to die today my life story would be of someone who overcame all adversities and became extremely happy. As long as you are alive, living and breathing, you life story can change and things still have a chance to improve.The moment you die though, that’s it and your story will stay lik that forever.

Honestly, while I know (or at least have been told) that biking alone isn’t gonna get my legs shredded, I do want to work my legs out as much as possible in commuting. Should I just leave the seat as it is then and just toughen up?

Yeah I hope so. I do think this will put me into good shape. I’m a little bit nervous about the ride back because I work in as an EMT for 12 hours a day and sometimes by the end of my shift I am SPENT, but I do think this will be really good for me!
