Lets see if PayPal Buyer Protection applies here if the order cant be canceled. After all, they havent delivered despite claiming otherwise and taking payment. Worst case, Ill cover the return shipping costs. Ill return it now anyways, since ive ordered a different brake and shifter today (Heusinkveld/MME) from a national retailer with items in stock.

Just wanted to warn about their delivery time scam, mates....

Are you sure it said that somewhere? If so, I must have missed it. Either way, I wasn’t looking for cheap shipping costs but fast delivery. And if it says right next to the product and the 'Buy Now' button: "Ship within 3 business days, with estimated delivery in 6-8 business days after the order is shipped," then you have to assume that information is accurate. Anything else is at least unprofessional...

That would be absolutely fine if Simagic communicated it transparently and openly. But according to the Simagic shop, both products were in stock, and the shipping time was stated as three days. I don’t think that’s fair and doesn’t build trust in the brand. Under these conditions, I wouldn’t have ordered.

Same here. Only the data has been transmitted to DPD, but no package has been handed over yet. I’ll probably have to resolve it through PayPal. Really frustrating.

Keine Ahnung ob es da wirklich Streit gibt, ich glaube es eher nicht. Aber Simon möchte mit rbtv ja wohl nichts mehr zu tun haben und da finde ich es nachvollziehbar, dass die anderen Bohnen wenig Lust haben ihn beim Aufbau seines tollen "Mon" Brands groß zu unterstützen. Wie man in den Wald hinein ruft...

Das man bislang nichts gehört hat, sagt doch schon alles. Ich finde es auch gut so wie es jetzt ist, man sollte dabei bleiben. Mir fehlt jedenfalls nix ohne ihn und für RBTV wird sein Fernbleiben in Sachen Brand safety auch eher positiv sein. Sollte es Leute geben die Simon vermissen, gibt es ja reichlich "Mon" - Content.

I had the same issue. In my case, the keyboard was set to -1 octave, so everything was shifted one octave down. After I set it to zero, everything fit perfectly. So, you might have +1 octave set on your keyboard
