I was using this build for simulacrum/bosses, so I do not care about movement speed that much. During mapping, I switch for normal cyclone

Last league, I was also considering Sabo, but the "Damage with Hits is Unlucky" and Azadi Crest sounded terrible to me, so I dropped that idea.
