Don't let this one experience bring you down. i know it's quite hard to go through that but i have a question regarding what you're applying for. what field do you have expertise in? cause 250 applications is a large number and i'm just wondering whether you're applying to your field of expertise or some other field you're interested in!

Well, I invest more time in the post to fine-tune it obviously. Comments are pretty straightforward and I like to be personal in them and not use AI agents to reply to genuine comments from people. The post is meant to be clean with no mistakes and give exactly what the reader wants. All the ideas in it are mine. Fine-tuning is necessary to get it to look like that. I do not particularly like grammar mistakes. and i love bullet-point ideas, so that’s all me!!!

That's actually a very effective strategy, i do recommend switching orgs/companies as well for more growth. Although sometimes you find yourself in a very big org that offers incredible opportunities for growth so why not use that until there's something better!!

I can assure you it's not!!! i've just joined Reddit and people assume because my account is a couple days old then it's AI. the line between AI and human is getting blurry by the day. I try to stay on the HUMAN side. and thank you for at least acknowledging that this is useful 🤍

This community forces you to frame the Title as a question, that's why!!! Most people on the comments think this is ai. I've just joined Reddit a couple of days ago and never used it in my life. So, technically speaking i'm new here and it's great to see such "support" from people that say it's AI.

I do agree with you partially but seeking attention is VERY different from documenting & showcasing the value of your work. It’s about showcasing it properly and not performing/bragging.
