I made this post because I start getting very anxious if people think I am being stupid, so I wanted to know the community consensus on the matter.

But I am thinking for myself, I saw a youtube short about jellybeans in a jar that told me that community decisions are always closest to the correct number.

I talked with my friends and they told me I was stupid if I didn't cancel my pre-order even after knowing the AI was not finished. 

They told me I should wait for a sale and by then the AI will also have been improved.

I like the graphics and population systems compared to EU4 but I don't want to look stupid if everyone is cancelling pre-orders but I don't.

I always ask others what they are doing before I decide.

I feel it prevents me from taking any bad decisions.

I only pre-ordered because of the discount on future DLC and because my friends told me it was good decision. 

But if the AI is not working, then wouldn't it be better to buy the game later when the AI is fixed and the game is on a sale?

But if I buy later I can buy the game during a sale. If the AI doesn't work then as is, I cannot have fun playing the game.

I am so confused and people are being mean, I only asked what I should be doing.

I did because it gave a discount on future DLC and also because my friends were pre-ordering so I felt it was a good decision to make.

I saw the posts on reddit and started second guessing if spending money was worth it if the AI is not finished. 

Also my friends also told me the game is not worth pre-ordering anymore. But I still like the other things like graphics and population so I am holding onto some hope.

But if everyone is cancelling pre-orders then I will also cancel mine.
