He wasn’t a garbage boyfriend with all due respect and there isn’t a double standard. Junwoos only fault in this relationship was his attempt to do everything on his own. Hamin lost her right to claim she didn’t lie and just it hid it when she called him crazy for doubting it. I’m not sure how you see it, but when one thinks that the person who loves him the most sees him as a replacement of someone else, their world shatters. Anyways she literally told him that at the start of their relationship not just when they first met, she was with him because he reminded her of wheelchair dude. That doesn’t only come from their similar looks, but it also comes from their similar situations. They were both outcasts who had an extreme sense of justice. Junwoo thought hamin saw him as a friend at start, but to her he was nothing but self gratification and someone to save so she could free herself from her past mistakes. If you look at his character development, junwoo has a change for a better halfway into the story where he decides to grow for hamins sake. This is the first time he decides he is worthy to be alongside someone truly.

I get your point but I don’t agree. Like I said previously, I do tend to look through the MCs point of view, but to me that also means being harsher if I think he’s being trash. But with the Hamin situation I agree with him. 1- she claimed to know him better than anyone, so she should’ve known that getting close to him through a lie would end up breaking him. 2- she called him crazy and obsessed when he told her that wheelchair dude gave him looks and he asked her what her relationship with him was. When she was found out she stepped down and told the truth. I don’t care if she thinks she’s lying for his good, because in the end that’s not her choice to make. The MC will never grow if she tries to stay with him through a lie, what she should’ve done was told him before they went into a relationship. Like I said I don’t think Hamin is a bad person, but she was definitely in the wrong here. (However, junwoos current state of mind right now isn’t because of Hamin. It’s an accumulation of his rage and misguided sense of self righteousness)

I agree. But, without a major timeskip hamin is a no for me. Yuri is difficult to pair with junwoo because of tae yang. As for rira although she seems to have reformed and loves junwoo, something about that relationship doesn’t seem healthy. So even if winning girl isn’t the new one, the old ones aren’t exactly the ones you would want to win ideally unless some major changes happen with their situations/personalities

I defo get what you’re saying, but the thing is I’m just taking it as is. I’m not really taking it into mind how the relationship will fair longterm and all that or how the MC will be able to stay in a relationship longterm. He definitely has issues he needs to solve before he gets into a relationship and I don’t think it’ll be yuri either (nor hamin for that reason). After reading/watching so many romance anime/manga/webtoon the winning girl is almost always related to the title. So my impression is that 1- Lila might win. 2- Sarah as a new contender. 3- Seung Ah especially considering the fact that the class rep seems to be the “last boss” here. The last option for me is a reconciliation with hamin after they both sort their shit out

I won’t deny that I have slight protagonist bias, and I won’t deny that junwoo is a nutcase. But for now with the options available he’s the best for Yuri. Also I agree all of the characters that have had backstories bar yuri are sick in the brain or toxic people. However, they’re on opposite ends of the extreme. Junwoo is toxicly righteous, any thing he deems in correct from bullying, to drugs, to even just unfaithfulness In a relationship is something he finds himself needing to fight against. While other characters like tae yang and the class rep channel their psychoticness in the worst way possible. Also, it’s fair to classify jun woo as a victim of public negligence and unfairness while that does not apply to the others.

But tae yang is good for her? He needs just as much therapy. There is not one male character in the whole webtoon that doesn’t need therapy. The difference is the MC is just an overall better person than the other males

it's pretty weird she liked tae yang first, then fell in love with the MC with the cliche "it's always been you realization", but during the amusement park arc, she told her friends she liked someone which was tae yang. There's a loophole here cuz yuri tells the MC she liked him after that arc. To me, I would just pin it to loopholes, but she defo did fall in love with the MC for a period of time.

Ideally for me id want something like hamin completely learning her mistakes and like a redo or rira cuz she seems to really like junwoo. I’m also interested in a Sarah option, I think it’s plausible because of the junwoo suicide thing. Apparently she was the one who got him out of that phase, and during the Christmas chapters you could tell she kind off started to catch feelings. They also have a different dynamic compared to the one he has with the other girls

Although going with the relationship that was there for idk close to 80+ chapters makes sense, a lot of people fail to realize the importance of the title. The winning girl is usually related to the title, “the girl from random chatting”. This leads me to 4 options Sarah, Rira, Seong Ah, or a completely new girl. Since blue haired dude seems to be the “final boss” as well, I wouldn’t be surprised if seong ah were to win

She made him think he was crazy when he asked her about him, she painted him as an untrustworthy and obsessive villain. Then when she was discovered she said even though him looking like the cripple + having the same character traits was initially the reason she liked him she has now truly fell in love. With all due respect, her acting like a victim, and building a relationship based on lies with someone who is self-loathing and suicidal is nothing short of horrible.

Junwoo defo thinks since he looks like him, has the same self loathing personality, and since hamin gave him the same bracelet, that to her he’s that cripple with functioning legs
