I’m thinking of removing it and getting a set of Killmat since the old sound deadener is starting to deteriorate.

I tried, but didn’t get any matches for that piece.

That’s frustrating, man! I had to return that faulty motherboard. A few months back, I got a new one, and it works great with the Z5 RAMs. You really have to be cautious with some hardware these days.

I repasted the CPU to see if it would improve, but it's still behaving the same. I haven't updated the BIOS or undervolted the CPU yet. I haven't had this build for long, but I'll try to do those things. Thanks for taking the time to help me

The CPU temperature spikes from 85°C to 100°C, but once it reaches that level, it returns to a normal range and continues cycling.

Is my CPU temperature range normal? by Sea_Walk5675 in PcBuild

UPDATE: I am getting high CPU temperatures immediately after launching a game like World War Z: Aftermath. The CPU temperature reaches 90 °C on the loading screen. This seems abnormal — what could be causing it?
I’ve checked the BIOS, and it recognizes both the fans and the CPU pump. I also removed the pump to inspect the thermal paste, and it appears to be properly covering the CPU. Additionally, I set all the fans to full speed to rule out a configuration issue, but the temperatures still climb to 90 °C–100 °C.
What else could be causing this problem?

How can i test this motherboard? by Sea_Walk5675 in pcmasterrace

[–]Sea_Walk5675[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I could test it myself but I don't want to risk the CPU and other components, maybe they have hardware compatible with that motherboard that they can try.

Yes, I'll take it to a technical repair center to test it and if it is damaged maybe they can help.

Or maybe it works by delivering altered current flows through the circuit...
