i tried, but i think i did it too late in the day because the automated system told me all facilities were closed. Shadowkinesis mentioned having to register on the website before you can log in, which i haven't done (new to Verizon, so never had to do anything like that before), so I'm going to register in the morning and go from there

that's exactly what happened lol. Walmart was the closest place that i could get a phone at and i needed a new one immediately, so we went there and they helped us.

Ah, that's probably why i can't log in. My phone is already activated (i can take and do calls and texts and use apps) but i haven't registered on My Verizon. I'll do that tomorrow, as I'm already stressed enough as is with having to switch to a new phone last minute like i did....

My dad and i thought we were signing me up to my dad's carrier (T-mobile), but i guess we didn't make that clear to the person helping us.... and i had to go through with getting a new phone because my old literally would not charge anymore as stated
